The C Street Celebration is a FREE student-centered event showcasing the creativity and talent of our local students. It is the culmination of Youth in Arts' year-long visual and performing art programs in the San Rafael City Elementary Schools. The event offers art making/participation opportunities free to our community, students, neighbors and families. The event exemplifies Youth in Arts’ commitment to energizing our community through artistic expression and cultural participation.
